Material Formulation:
The hardness, density, flexibility, wear resistance, and aging resistance of the sheet materials can be designed in detail according to the specific project requirements of the customers. Sample tests will be conducted before mass production.
Component ratio:
According to the customer’s requirements, we add TPV or TPO to the raw materials used in sheet production, thus achieving sheet materials with properties such as wear resistance and high temperature resistance
Process-Matched Products:
The length and width of the sheet material can be adjusted according to the specific characteristics of the vacuum forming molds. This not only enables the production of qualified products but also reduces material waste and thereby lowers costs.
Performance-Based Development:
Whatever it is in terms of hardness, elasticity, anti-aging properties, odor, wear resistance or any other performance requirements, we can adjust and design accordingly.
Our TPE, TPO and TPV sheets can be customized from 60A to 55D, covering soft flexibility to higher rigidity. We help select the right hardness according to the bending, rebound, load-bearing, forming and installation requirements of your car parts.
Soft and Flexible Grades
Suitable for floor mats, carpets and interior surfaces that require flexibility and comfortable rebound.
General-Purpose Grades
Suitable for most automotive interior components requiring a balance of flexibility, strength and processability.
Higher-Rigidity Grades:
Suitable for thresholds, support panels and protective components that require stronger shape retention and load resistance.
Final hardness is confirmed according to the selected material, sheet thickness, forming process and customer requirements.
Thickness of TPE/TPV/TPO Sheet can be customized from 0.5–6 mm. Maximum width is 1.6 m for sheets less than 1.2 mm and 2.0 m for width more than 1.2 mm. For PP/HDPE material, thickness ranges from 1.2 mm to 6 mm, color can be customized, and the maximum width can be up to 2 meters.
We offer 25 automotive interior colors and 16 surface patterns. Colors and textures can be selected from existing options or customized according to your project requirements.
The moderately dense structure results in good rebound of the sheet material, along with excellent anti-slip, waterproof and wear-resistant properties. It is also less cumbersome than rubber.
In our production process, we strictly control the composition ratio of the materials to ensure that the products do not ooze oil, do not get moldy, and are guaranteed to be dry and stain-resistant.
We can design the proportions of different substances to make the product more comfortable, more durable and with stronger anti-aging properties.
If you plan to produce TPE sheets by yourself, we can supply the grade of modified pellets, which are suitable for your intended process, including vacuum forming, extrusion, cutting and hot pressing. Final suitability is confirmed according to your equipment and process conditions.

Sheet Cooling and Trimming
After extrusion, the sheet is cooled and trimmed to achieve clean edges, stable dimensions and a consistent finished appearance
Sheet Hardness Testing
A Shore durometer is used to verify sheet hardness against the specified material grade and confirm consistency across production batches
Thickness test
Sheet thickness is measured at multiple points with a thickness gauge to verify the specified range, dimensional consistency and suitability for subsequent forming or installation
Palletized Stretch-Wrap Packaging
Wrapped sheet rolls are secured with machine-applied stretch film to support stable handling, storage and bulk transportation
Flat Sheet Pallet Packaging
Flat sheets are stacked on pallets, wrapped with stretch film and secured with packing straps to keep the load stable during handling and transportation
Loading and Dispatch
Packaged orders are checked, loaded by forklift and released for dispatch according to the confirmed shipping plan
